Considerations are always welcome so we may know how we can better serve you.
We recommend scheduling your future appointments prior to departure to ensure the availability of preferred appointment times.
Staff Selection
Our staff works together as a team and we encourage you to select any of our qualified team members or change team members at any time.
Cancellation Policy
A 24hr. cancellation notice is required to avoid a service charge. Color and multi service appointments (including wedding parties), require a 48hr. notice. No shows will be billed for the full service price.
Spa Reservations
With spa service bookings a credit card will be needed at the time of booking. At the conclusion of your service, you may leave it on the credit card, or choose another form of payment.
Spa Arrival
We encourage you to arrive 15mins. prior to your scheduled appointment time. This allows time for paper work and getting changed into spa clothing so your service may start on time. *Late arrivals will incur the full fee for shortened services.
Referral
The success of our company is a direct reflection of referrals from valued guests like you. We’d like to say thank-you with our “Referral Rewards Program.” Our referral rewards gives you $30 worth of product when you send 3 guests into the salon. The referred guest also gets a welcome gift when they come in for their appointment.
Credit Cards
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, and DEBIT CARDS. PRICES All prices are subject to change.
Cell Phones
For the consideration of are guests, we ask that you silence your cell phones when you enter the salon. Cell phones may not be used in the spa.
Parking
Street parking has a 2hr. limit. There is free customer parking in the Liberty Parkade on levels 1 and 2. If you have parked on the street and are going to be here longer than 2hrs., please let our salon coordinator know when you arrive and we will be happy to move your car for you. Children are welcome with an appointment.
